He is one of those realtors that is actually worth every penny! The service was a total 180 from what we had experienced a few years ago using a different realtor. Brandon and I had been in contact about 6 months prior to our process actually starting. I found him through social media and he had no problem jumping in to answer my questions, give advice, and telling me exactly what and when I needed to do to get things rolling based on our timeline. When the time actually came to get things started he came to our house and sat down with us and explained scenarios and how the process worked. He brought detailed print outs of all the necessary information. Throughout the next few months as I prepared our house and got it ready to list he was always available by text or phone call and checked in periodically to make sure we felt supported. When the time came to list, his support was constant. I am extremely type A and wanted everything to be perfect and he showed an immense amount of effort and enthusiasm to make sure the listing was exactly how I wanted it while also being able to give me advice from a professional on what we could do differently to get the best offers. Our house was on the market for 3 days before going under contract with multiple offers. He called us and walked us through every offer and provided advice along the way. We ended up selling our house for 24k over list price, which I never thought would happen in my wildest dreams! He also has a high social media presence which helped get our house reach a plethora of potential buyers across Chicagoland. After going under contract, we still heard from Brandon often, he was constantly updating us on where we were in the process and navigating any hiccups in contracts. His team, including Themis (Katris Law Group), were beyond helpful and professional to make the process as smooth as possible. My husband and I barely did a thing besides move out. Brandon, Themis, Jordan, and the team took care of the rest and our house sold seamlessly. If you are debating on whether to hire a realtor or trying to find someone who will take as much pride in your house as you do, you can not go wrong with Brandon Blankenship.
